Job Details
Position: Fullstack Engineer
Location: Ideally local to Chicago, but would be okay with someone local to the Oakbrook Office, they have a hybrid model 3 days in office, must be in office on Wednesday but then flexible on the 2 other days
Duration: 3-4 month contract to hire
Start Date: ASAP
Interview Process/Times: 1st round virtual interview with hiring manager, 2nd round onsite panel interview with other developers, CTO, and VP (can interview as soon as Monday 5/19)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code equality, organization, and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
