The Quality Assurance Tester will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products supporting the Arkansas Judiciary's cloud-based Court Case Management System. This position requires deep technical testing expertise in AWS cloud environments, .NET frameworks, and modern test automation tools.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional and non-functional testing.

Perform manual and automated testing for new and existing software applications.

Design and execute API testing (automation using xUnit; manual using Postman).

Collaborate with Developers and Platform Engineers to integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline.

Identify, log, prioritize, and track software defects to resolution.

Implement and maintain test automation frameworks ensuring scalability and reliability.

Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

Apply accessibility testing using tools such as Andi and Axe DevTools.

Stay up to date with evolving testing tools, practices, and emerging QA technologies.
