Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Tester will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products supporting the Arkansas Judiciary's cloud-based Court Case Management System. This position requires deep technical testing expertise in AWS cloud environments, .NET frameworks, and modern test automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional and non-functional testing.

  • Perform manual and automated testing for new and existing software applications.

  • Design and execute API testing (automation using xUnit; manual using Postman).

  • Collaborate with Developers and Platform Engineers to integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline.

  • Identify, log, prioritize, and track software defects to resolution.

  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

  • Apply accessibility testing using tools such as Andi and Axe DevTools.

  • Stay up to date with evolving testing tools, practices, and emerging QA technologies.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
