Job Details
One of TEKsystem's clients in Markham is looking to add (6) data entry clerks to their team for a contract to hire position
The objective of this role is to support our client through transition of ERP systems starting end of June 2025. Duration of the role will vary depending on progression of the project (estimated 4-8 weeks).
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile data from Excel to SAP (SAP taught on the job) in the event that system is not operating properly
o Creating PO records
o Creating manual shipment records
o Making inventory adjustments
Support physical count verifications
Filling in paperwork to supplement digital transactions (manual ASN)
Key Qualifications/Requirements
Education
No specific education requirements
Experience Required
Experience with Outlook, Teams and Excel
Detailed oriented
Organized with data
Good communication skills
Nice to have:
SAP experience is an asset

Taking tasks to completion, taking ownership in work.
Wanting to participate in various tasks.
Strong communication.
Positive attitude & innitiatitve to work independently.
Contract Details:
4-8 week time period with possibility of extension. Top performers can be considered for fulltime conversion.
Some weekend work will be involved, work weeks will be anywhere from 50-55 hours a week so tons of work and compensation to be earned.
Main operating hours 9-5pm.
100% onsite role - 210 Duffield Drive L6C 1C9 Markham
Looking for contractors to start June 23rd, 2025.
Interview process: first with recruiter, second with account manager, final round with magna supervisor.
