This position is 5 days onsite in San Francisco, CA

We're looking for a Technical Lead to join an engineering team in San Francisco. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned software engineer with 10+ years of experience who wants to balance hands-on development, technical leadership, and team mentorship. You will help shape the evolution of a programmatic Demand-Side Platform (DSP).

Key Responsibilities
- Define architectural direction and drive key technical initiatives
- Lead hands-on design, development, and optimization of core platform components
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and infrastructure teams to align engineering efforts with business goals
- MUST HAVE ADTECH EXP.
- 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
- Deep expertise in high-performance server-side development (C/C++, Java, Rust, or similar)
- Experience with real-time bidding (RTB), programmatic advertising, or large-scale distributed systems (highly preferred)
