The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leading Service Provider on their quest for a few strong NOC Technicians/Engineers.

 

In this Full-Time Perm role you will be responsible for supporting the network by prioritizing, troubleshooting, and responding to alerts/alarms.

Responsibilities

  • Use network alarms and logs to monitor and troubleshoot the network
  • Open, close, and log tickets for incoming calls/alarms.
  • Escalate network issues or events as needed, both internally and externally with various providers/vendors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ basic IT Network troubleshooting, and customer support.
  • Knowledge of routing/switching fundamentals.

 

Preferred

  • Knowledge of fiber fundamentals
  • Knowledge of optical transport
