Job Title: SAP Lead ABAP Developer SuccessFactors Integration

Location: Jackson, MS / Remote (Occasional Client Visit required with prior notice)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Our esteemed client is actively seeking an experienced SAP Lead ABAP Developer to lead a dynamic development team and provide SAP system and integration support, particularly with SuccessFactors Employee Central and various third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 15 ABAP developers.
  • Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of SAP solutions.
  • Provide technical support and integration for SuccessFactors EC and third-party systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for SAP system incidents and drive resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional leads in Finance, CRM, Logistics, and HCM.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience as an SAP Lead Developer managing 10 15 resources.
  • 10+ years of strong hands-on experience with ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
  • Functional expertise in at least three of the following SAP modules: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SROS, MDM, HCM, SuccessFactors EC.
  • 4+ years working with SAP operational systems for Public Sector clients.
  • 2+ years experience with SuccessFactors EC Cloud Platform Integration.
  • 2+ years experience with SAP PI/Process Integration.
  • 2+ years working with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling tools.
  • Experience with third-party system migration and interface development.
  • Proven track record in root cause analysis and resolution of SAP incidents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in agile environments and SAP best practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
