Job Title: SAP Lead ABAP Developer SuccessFactors Integration
Location: Jackson, MS / Remote (Occasional Client Visit required with prior notice)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
Our esteemed client is actively seeking an experienced SAP Lead ABAP Developer to lead a dynamic development team and provide SAP system and integration support, particularly with SuccessFactors Employee Central and various third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 15 ABAP developers.
- Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of SAP solutions.
- Provide technical support and integration for SuccessFactors EC and third-party systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for SAP system incidents and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional leads in Finance, CRM, Logistics, and HCM.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience as an SAP Lead Developer managing 10 15 resources.
- 10+ years of strong hands-on experience with ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Functional expertise in at least three of the following SAP modules: Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SROS, MDM, HCM, SuccessFactors EC.
- 4+ years working with SAP operational systems for Public Sector clients.
- 2+ years experience with SuccessFactors EC Cloud Platform Integration.
- 2+ years experience with SAP PI/Process Integration.
- 2+ years working with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling tools.
- Experience with third-party system migration and interface development.
- Proven track record in root cause analysis and resolution of SAP incidents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in agile environments and SAP best practices.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
