DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a Manager, Data Analytics to lead a small, high-impact analytics team focused on mobile and lifecycle messaging performance . This role is perfect for a leader who can see the story behind the numbers-someone who can move seamlessly between client strategy, data structure, and storytelling to bring clarity and insight to the brands we work with.
As the senior analytics leader in our consulting group, you'll work directly with customers to define what success looks like, structure new measurement programs, and ensure the work your team delivers translates data into compelling stories and clear recommendations. You'll also dig into complex, fragmented datasets to uncover insights and bring structure to ambiguity-helping brands connect their messaging programs to business outcomes.

Benefits
The annual starting salary for this position is between $126,000 - $157,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Analysts, providing direction, quality oversight, and coaching to elevate storytelling and strategic thinking.
- Partner directly with customers and internal teams to define business goals, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for mobile and lifecycle messaging programs (SMS, MMS, RCS, push).
- Design and oversee analytics programs that measure campaign performance, channel contribution, and lifecycle impact-translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Review and refine presentations to ensure analyses clearly connect data to customer outcomes, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
- Navigate complex data environments, bringing structure and clarity to disparate data sources and helping define scalable reporting methods.
- Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and technologists to ensure data informs program design, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Champion data storytelling-guiding your team to create slides and narratives that engage and inspire.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or digital analytics, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring a team.
- Expertise in customer or lifecycle marketing analytics, ideally across messaging channels (SMS, MMS, RCS, push, or email).
- Proven ability to design and implement new measurement programs, frameworks, and dashboards.
- Strong technical fluency in developing ETL, data analysis and report generation -comfortable working with large or messy datasets using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, R, Python, AWS, and Snowflake or similar.
- Experience conducting single and multivariate campaign testing.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills-able to translate analytical findings into clear business narratives and visualizations.
- Confidence in client-facing conversations and an ability to connect technical insights to marketing strategy.
- A balance of strategic leadership and hands-on analytical rigor-someone who can see both the forest and the trees.
