Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Lead with 10+ years of hands-on development expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Experience Cloud (Communities). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Experience Cloud solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and SLDS.
  • Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Apply UX principles to enhance community engagement and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and optimize triggers, batch classes, SOQL/SOSL queries.
  • Implement and manage integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Adherence to Salesforce best practices in architecture, development, and security.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado, GitHub, Bitbucket, and SFDX.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and technical standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud.
  • Proficient in:
    • Apex, LWC, Aura, SLDS
    • SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Classes
    • Declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder)
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, integration, and data migration.
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools ( MuleSoft,Flosum).
  • UI/UX experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud customization.
  • Familiarity with SFDC IDEs (VS Code, IntelliJ) and version control systems.
