Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections Implementation Specialist with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Advanced Collections within the Fusion Cloud environment, with a strong emphasis on creating complex, custom collection strategies tailored to our business needs. This role is critical for enhancing our collections efficiency, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and optimizing our cash flow management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Design, develop, test, and deploy complex, custom collection strategies, scoring engines, dunning plans, and correspondence templates within Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections to meet specific business objectives.
Leverage 12+ years of experience to provide expert guidance on collections best practices and how to effectively utilize Oracle Advanced Collections features.
Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand collection requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and strategies.
Configure collection workbenches, manage collector assignments, and set up related workflows.
Develop functional specifications for required customizations, reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), interfaces, and data conversions related to Advanced Collections.
Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions are robust and meet business requirements.
Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users and collections teams.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Advanced Collections module, including performance tuning and optimization of collection strategies.
Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and new features related to Advanced Collections and recommend enhancements.
Document all configurations, processes, and procedures thoroughly.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Collections modules, with significant recent experience specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Advanced Collections.
Proven, extensive experience designing and implementing complex, custom collection strategies within Oracle Advanced Collections (both EBS and Fusion experience considered, but Fusion focus is key).
Demonstrated experience with the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
Strong understanding of underlying Accounts Receivable processes and data models within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Deep knowledge of Advanced Collections configuration options, including scoring engines, strategies, dunning, correspondence, payment processing, and integration points.
Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) for creating collections-related reports and dashboards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
