Process Improvement Specialist
Remote is ok but hiring manager has strong preference for candidates in CA
- 3 5 year experience in process improvement & applying process improvement methodologies
- Process improvement on the business side versus technical side
- Experience with business process mapping (Visio, LucidChart, etc.)
- Comfortable facilitating process improvement discussions
- Experience project managing end-to-end process improvement initiatives
- Must have experience working for Health Plan
- Experience or familiarity with launching new process improvement programs is a huge plus
- Lean six sigma certification is a huge plus (yellow, green, or black belt)
