Must Have Skills (non-negotiable):
Hands-on Python development (not just scripting, actual coding).
Cloud: Azure, Google Cloud, OCP (OpenShift), or Tanzu.
Risk & Compliance experience in financial services (AML, KYC, Regulatory, Credit Risk, Liquidity).
Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or OBIEE.
Jira/Agile project experience.
