Job Details

Title: SAP Business One Consultant
Location: Litchfield, Michigan (Hybrid)


Role Overview

As an SAP Business One Consultant, you ll lead the deployment, optimization, and expansion of SAP B1 and related systems across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, quality, and EDI functions. You ll partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and efficient ERP solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and budgets.

  • Partner closely with leadership and process owners to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Manage SAP B1 implementation across multi-site manufacturing operations.

  • Lead change management and transition to operations.

  • Oversee integration with systems such as MES, FeneVision, Data Analytics, and more.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement strategies.

  • Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain project quality standards.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP Business One experience (Finance, CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Master Data, Inventory, Production Planning).

  • Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

  • Proven team leadership and system integration experience (5+ years).

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
