Pay Range:$28.91-$41.30/Hrs
Description
Support distributed platforms in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Engage with new technological challenges and solve complex problems.
Join a global support team focused on production stability and system improvements.
Participate in proactive system alerts, incident management, and user escalations.
Work within a follow-the-sun support model covering Asia, EMEA, and North America.
Participate in weekend and off-hours on-call rotations.
Ensure consistent procedures and practices across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the technology stack to ensure expected service delivery.
Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, applications, and networks.
Manage incident calls with IT partners and infrastructure teams.
Collaborate with development teams and users to resolve support issues.
Identify areas for improvement, including automation and resilience.
Qualifications
1 to 5 years of practical experience in production support or a similar role.
Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems.
Familiarity with any scripting language and relational databases.
Experience in troubleshooting application issues and managing incidents.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an engineering field is desirable.
Prior financial industry experience is desirable.
