Top Skills:
- Must be SME in Service Cloud architecture and integrations and other related SF tech Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc., but Service Cloud is the primary must have
- Emphasis on the API integrations 50+ complex integrations on this effort.
- Program at a high level is the revamping of a customer service experience for their leading diabetes product. Salesforce is their downstream system.
- Must be able to navigate the scale and complexity will be working closely leaders up to Snr Director and maybe VP.
- Can use approved SV
