Location: Hartford, CT Hybrid

W2

Product Strategy:
Define product vision and roadmap with stakeholders, balancing business goals with technical architecture needs.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications
Prioritize and manage the product backlog across both teams based on business value, technical complexity, and dependencies

Technical Collaboration:
Bridge business and engineering teams, translating technical concepts and clarifying requirements
Partner with Engineers, Architects, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards
Manage technical debt alongside feature development to maintain system sustainability

Agile Execution:
Lead sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives with technical input
Coordinate dependencies and sequencing between both teams
Review completed work against acceptance criteria and technical standards

Innovation & Delivery:
Stay current on Al/ML, cloud infrastructure, and modernization trends relevant to the roadmap Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release monitoring
Recommend technology improvements and architectural patterns to accelerate delivery
