🚨 Hiring: Sr Business Analyst (BA) 🚨

📍 Location: Wilmington, DE / New Jersey

🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within a Data Warehouse (DW) program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and Agile delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Translate business processes and objectives into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical teams
• Partner with Data Architects to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in data models and architectural designs
• Work closely with QA teams to review and validate test cases, ensuring solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate ongoing communication between business users, development teams, and stakeholders to manage changes and mitigate risks
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint review sessions
• Ensure alignment of business priorities with development execution
