Job Details
Title: Oracle Fusion Financial Analyst (Implementation)
Employment Type: 6month Contract-to-Hire
Location: Nashville, TN - Hybrid (Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Compensation: 65/hr
Reason for Opening: Converting from on-prem to Oracle Fusion
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, this includes requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Provide functional and technical expertise in various Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Procurement
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications
- Assist Finance teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support
- Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users
- Prepare test cases and scripts. Lead and guide teams in quarterly release testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption
- Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests
- Be able to translate client requirements into optimal solutions
- Conduct workshops and create functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
- Prepare reports and documentation related to user testing, IT plans, projects
- Techno-functional skills to support Fusion Cloud modules
- Excellent communication skills interacting with business teams and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional requirements and issues
- Have a solution mindset with core Fusion capabilities first and enhancement second
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
- Five or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials support, implementation, and upgrade experience
- Experience supporting accounting functions in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Proficiency in all project phases, data conversion strategies, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Procurement, Expenses, Assets, Collections, and Cash Management
