Title: Oracle Fusion Financial Analyst (Implementation)
Employment Type: 6month Contract-to-Hire
Location: Nashville, TN - Hybrid (Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Compensation: 65/hr
Reason for Opening: Converting from on-prem to Oracle Fusion

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, this includes requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
  • Provide functional and technical expertise in various Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Procurement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications
  • Assist Finance teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support
  • Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users
  • Prepare test cases and scripts.  Lead and guide teams in quarterly release testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption
  • Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests
  • Be able to translate client requirements into optimal solutions
  • Conduct workshops and create functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to user testing, IT plans, projects

Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
  • Five or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials support, implementation, and upgrade experience
  • Experience supporting accounting functions in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
  • Proficiency in all project phases, data conversion strategies, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Procurement, Expenses, Assets, Collections, and Cash Management
