Overview:
ChabezTech is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Financials SME to join our team onsite in Millsboro, DE. This role is key to supporting the health, performance, and continual improvement of our Oracle Cloud ERP system specifically within the Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Projects, and Fixed Assets). As a subject matter expert, you ll work directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and ensure optimal functionality across corporate applications.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Projects, Fixed Assets)

• Lead the planning, development, and testing of ERP solutions

• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues including invoice hold workflows, month-end close processes, and asset depreciation

• Collaborate with business users to capture and translate functional requirements

• Develop and test programmatic solutions, validate with defined test plans, and coordinate implementations

• Drive continuous improvements and enhancements using Oracle technologies and best practices

• Foster strong relationships across IT teams, business users, and vendors

• Adhere to company IT standards for security, process, and data integrity

Required Skills & Experience:

• Oracle Cloud ERP (Mandatory)

• Subject Matter Expert in Financials: AP, AR, GL, Projects, Fixed Assets (Mandatory)

• Oracle Reporting Tools: OTBI, BI Publisher (Mandatory)

• Hands-on with OBIEE/FDI/FAW, SQL, and PL/SQL

• 8 10 years of relevant work experience

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related field

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Proven ability to learn new technologies and improve existing systems
