Test Technician

Position Title: Test Technician

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).

Required Skills:

• Swapping circuits and running tests on automated test stations.
• Observing, documenting, and resolving errors in test flow.
• Organizing inventory, retrieving resources, and coordinating with other team members to maintain continuous test flow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or certification in Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Coursework in basic electronics, circuit testing, or manufacturing.

Role and responsibilities:

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic components and systems. You will work during night shifts, either from Wednesday to Friday with alternate Saturdays or from alternate Saturdays to Tuesday, with a shift timing of 7PM to 7:30AM. You will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of test processes, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating with team members to ensure an efficient workflow. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage inventory and resources effectively.
