AI Data Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Hillsboro, OR that is seeking an AI Data Engineer. The main function of this role is to create automated dashboards which pull data from various sources including Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel and cross-org databases, and convert manual processes into live data visualization. The AI Data Engineer will also maintain existing dashboard backend in ADO, fix bugs and create queries and reporting to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
* Analyze technology, resource needs and demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
* Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience with Power BI
* 2+ years of experience with ADO (Azure DevOps)
* 2+ years of experience with dashboard and database management
* Basic Datacenter Server knowledge (preferrable Azure)
* Sufficient knowledge and experience using Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, as well as Azure DevOps, SharePoint and more
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Basic ability to work independently
* Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
