Mandatory Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required;
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Hands Agile practices on Jira and TFS board.
• Gather business requirements from Business and convert them to User stories.
• Experience in Business Analysis tools such as: JIRA, Balasamiq & MS Visio
• Experience working and coordinating with the Technical teams in documenting business and functional requirements
• Minimum 4 Years Experience in designing the Data model and application Prototypes
