Job Title: Automation Test Architect
Job Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
  • The Credit Card Migration Test Lead will oversee end-to-end testing activities for credit card platforms within the Cards & Payments domain.
  • The role involves managing test strategy, execution, and quality assurance during migration projects, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Domain Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in the Cards & Payments domain, with a strong focus on credit card platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end card functionalities including:

    Card origination.
  • Product changes.
  • Fraud transfers.
  • Payment allocation.
  • Fees and financial charges.
  • Hands-on experience with TSYS-TS2 or similar card processing platforms.
  • Proven success in credit card migration testing, including data validation and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and transaction processing flows.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage testing efforts for credit card migration projects.
  • Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Validate key card lifecycle processes such as issuance, authorization, transaction posting, and settlement.
  • Oversee defect management, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other regulatory standards.
  • Document test artifacts including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect logs for audit readiness.
Skills:
  • Proficient in test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior testers and offshore testing teams to maintain quality and consistency.
