Description:
**Hybrid | 4 days/week onsite in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL**

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer to join our Identity Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering and supporting enterprise-wide access management solutions using SailPoint. You will design, develop, customize, and troubleshoot IAM solutions, and provide Level 3 support for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) functions on a clustered, virtualized on-premises platform.

Pay: $76 - $81/hr W2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ.
  • Collaborate with IT Security, Operations, and Application Development teams to define and enforce IAM best practices.
  • Onboard and integrate applications into SailPoint, correlating system user accounts to identity cubes.
  • Troubleshoot and support connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, MS Entra ID, Web-API, Database, Mainframe, Snowflake, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and scalability of the SailPoint environment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and guidance for operational teams.
  • Address escalated issues, including audit responses and ad-hoc troubleshooting.
  • Implement and support access requests, approvals, provisioning, certifications, SOD, RBAC, reporting, and workflow design.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality IAM solutions.


Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8-10 years of experience in information security or related technology roles.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-prem); knowledge of SailPoint Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Java, J2EE, BeanShell, RESTful APIs, and databases on Unix platforms.
  • Proficiency in API integrations and full lifecycle IAM implementations.
  • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of Apache and Tomcat environments.
  • Familiarity with other IAM tools such as Okta, Saviynt, etc.

Preferred Skills:
  • Full-stack development experience (mid-level).
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with JMeter and application performance monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of version control and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and debugging capabilities.

Certifications:
  • Relevant IAM or security certifications are a plus but not required.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
