- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle within the airline domain, with a strong focus on Crew Management solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, define scope, and identify resource requirements
- Drive alignment across functional teams and ensure compliance with airline regulatory standards
- Facilitate risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare executive-level reports and updates for senior leadership and clients
- Ensure clear documentation and communication across all project stages
