A high-growth technology organization at the forefront of autonomous systems and advanced sensing is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design and integration of next-generation radar sensor solutions. Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience in radar, embedded sensing, defense, or autonomy platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed engineering artifacts across requirements, interface definitions, test plans, and compliance documentation (e.g., ITAR/EAR, cybersecurity)
- Experience working within structured environments using DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
- Familiarity with configuration management systems and defense or aerospace documentation standards
- Knowledge of industry frameworks such as INCOSE SE Handbook or IEEE systems engineering standards
- Hands-On Engineering: 60%
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 40%
