technical oracle background less PM, more hands on config. and someone that understands the system/processes.
KNOWLEDGEABLE IN:
Timekeeping and Payroll Operations
Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM
modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor
and Absence Management modules
Full life cycle experience with all aspects of
application setup, testing, user training, and
production support
Experience with designing and testing
conversions, interfaces with third parties, and
custom reporting
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Ability to effectively resolve conflicts
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
10-15
Payroll operations experience
Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation
Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time &
Labor, Absence Management and Payroll
