Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure, vulnerability remediation, and compliance within GxP-regulated environments. This role supports enterprise-scale OS upgrade initiatives and infrastructure compliance across laboratory and manufacturing operations. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in regulated life sciences settings and be capable of leading cross-functional teams through technically complex projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on project execution.
- Strong background in vulnerability remediation and endpoint security.
- 2 3 years minimum experience working in life sciences or other GxP-regulated environments.
- Experience with Windows OS migration (preferably Windows 10 to 11).
- Demonstrated understanding of data quality, asset governance, and audit readiness.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage infrastructure remediation efforts across application, OS, and BIOS layers in GxP-compliant environments.
- Plan and execute Windows 10 to 11 migration projects in coordination with system owners and IT teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure compliance across lab and manufacturing sites.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Active Directory (AD), CMDB, Microsoft Intune, and patching platforms to support audit readiness.
- Drive cleanup and alignment of infrastructure systems across the enterprise.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, and maintain clear visibility into compliance status and timelines.
- Manage and differentiate GxP and non-GxP (research) systems, ensuring proper documentation and process adherence.
- Identify risks and escalate project delivery issues promptly.
- Deliver weekly status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze system data and generate compliance reports.

- Windows 10/11, Patch Management Tools, Network Inventory Tools
- Microsoft Excel, Power BI (for reporting and data analysis)
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- GxP, ITIL, or other relevant industry certifications (preferred)
