Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data analytics dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

  • Utilize Generative AI to deliver modern, innovative data analytics solutions.

  • Create and optimize SQL queries, procedures, functions, and views for performance.

  • Develop scalable data solutions with Snowflake or AWS Redshift.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

  • Build analytical data models and reports to support business decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with BI&DW standards, frameworks, and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience using Generative AI in data analytics projects.

  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing BI dashboards with Microsoft Power BI.

  • 5+ years of SQL development experience, including query optimization and database principles.

  • 3+ years of experience with Snowflake or AWS Redshift data warehouses.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years working with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

  • Strong expertise with Power BI Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for queries, measures, and modeling.

  • 3+ years of experience in State agencies, Finance, Investments, or regulated industries.

  • Ability to build business-focused analytical models and insights for end-users.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional team
