Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of SharePoint 2016 OnPrem to SharePoint Online
• Utilise tools like Sharegate to facilitate efficient data migration
• Optimise SharePoint Online for performance and usability
• Manage and execute large data migrations with minimal downtime
• Migrate Nintex and SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and integration
• Provide training and support to end-users post-migration
• Microsoft DataVerse: Strong understanding of DataVerse as the underlying data platform, including its entity table model, security model, data modelling relationships, business rules, integration capabilities, APIs, and Web Services
• Forms Design Customization Expertise in designing, configuring and customising forms views and business process flows to meet specific business needs and improve user experience UIUX
• Power Platform Suite: In-depth knowledge and hands-on development experience with Power Apps canvas model-driven Power Automate
• Process Automation Proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows for tasks such as approvals, notifications, data integration and exception handling using Power Automate
• Integration Experience integrating the Power Platform Data verse with other enterprise systems, e.g., SharePoint, Azure services, SQL Server, third-party APIs, using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and custom connectors
• Application Lifecycle Management ALM Working knowledge of ALM best practices within the Power Platform, including solution packaging, deployment, and versioning
