Job Details

Please note that this is a 12 to 18-month contract position.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent combination of education and business experience in managing business processes.

  • Experience working in an environment with interruptions and multiple changing priorities.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Customer-oriented, both internally and externally; experience scheduling service calls is highly desired.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various cultures.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Familiarity with internal products.

  • Comfortable navigating complex business models.

  • Demonstrated expertise with SAP ECC and SAP CRM

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, order entry, and order fulfillment processes.

  • Team player, customer-centric, and self-motivated.

Job Description:

As an Order/Logistics Specialist (Hybrid) Specialist, you will:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers in areas such as reverse logistics, trade-in/buyback quotes, problem return resolution, packaging, ordering, and shipping.

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end return logistics customer experience from order to de-installation.

  • Apply broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, and instrument requirements related to reverse logistics and product shipment.

  • Resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery.

  • Identify and follow up on business opportunities to strengthen trade-in/buyback and rental businesses.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Work hybrid from the designated site and be available full-time during standard U.S. business hours.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage transactional CPO Trade-in/Buyback (TIBB) and Rental activities between Customers, Field Sales, Customer Support, Field Repair Center, Logistics, Order Management, Customer Operations Center, and CPO Operations.

  • Coordinate and manage trade-in and rental return processes with the Customer Operations Center, CPO Business Development Engineer, and sales teams.

  • Support development of business processes for CPO-focused operational initiatives.

  • Identify and follow up on business opportunities to strengthen TIBB and Rental businesses.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for all reverse logistics activities.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on CPO reverse logistics processes.
