Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
  • Seeking an experienced SFDC System Analyst/Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, configuration, and OmniStudio.
  • The individual will work closely with onsite teams and business stakeholders, demonstrating strong technical skills and effective communication.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 3 5 years of IT experience.
  • 2 3 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, OmniStudio, and integrations.
  • Experience in at least two OmniStudio projects or one project with over 10 months of OmniStudio experience.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks used in Salesforce development
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with onsite teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of healthcare payer domain (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience working on Lightning version, Aura framework, and integrations.
  • Experience with SOQL, triggers, and coding best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce API integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL).
  • Experience with workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience using ETL tools such as Apex Data Loader or similar.
  • Experience with SQL or PL/SQL, database schemas, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with production deployments using change sets, Eclipse, or ANT migration tool.
  • Experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, web services, JQuery or other JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with J2EE or .NET object-oriented programming.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with onsite Salesforce development teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Follow unit testing and test class best practices.
  • Ensure solutions comply with governor limits and coding standards.
  • Work on deployment activities and resolve deployment issues.
  • Perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user creation and security setup.
Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to propose multiple solution approaches.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce limits and development best practices.
  • Experience with metadata and Bulk API.
  • Strong understanding of integrations and security models.
  • Familiarity with database concepts.
Qualification And Education:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
  • Salesforce App Builder certification (required).
  • Developer II or DEV 501 certification (preferred).
  • Advanced Admin or Consultant certifications (good to have).
