Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Product Manager II to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our customers and the Applied AI team, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to shape the customer experience while working with innovative technologies.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer use cases, technical environments, and business challenges to design relevant solutions.
Develop and implement functional AI agents, including crafting solutions for complex scenarios.
Guide customers through data identification and preparation processes to ensure readiness for AI integration.
Customize AI agent capabilities to align with specific client quality and operational requirements.
Oversee production deployments by facilitating collaboration between internal and external technical teams.
Provide ongoing technical support through scheduled consultations and office hours.
Conduct solution reviews and optimization sessions to enhance system performance.
Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients and identify additional use cases for existing customers.
Document and share best practices, implementation guides, and success stories to support knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with product management teams to address feature gaps and influence future development.
Requirements
Proven experience in solution architecture, technical design, and implementation.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their practical applications.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
Proficiency in developing and customizing AI capabilities to meet client needs.
Experience with technical writing, including documentation of best practices and solution guides.
Familiarity with API development, data preparation, and system optimization.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
