Job Title: ServiceNow (ITOM, AIOps).

Must have Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, AIOps
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, and Performance Analytics.
Experience implementing Predictive Intelligence and anomaly detection in ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITIL 4 practices especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Continual Service Improvement.
Ability to design and deploy automation workflows (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Orchestration).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret service health data, KPIs, and trends.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and DEM tools is a plus.
Proactive Service Management
Design, implement, and manage proactive monitoring and alerting within ServiceNow (ITOM, AIOps).
Enable predictive incident detection through ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence and anomaly detection models.
Analyze historical incidents and request trends to recommend preventive actions and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with service owners to shift left recurring issues and reduce ticket volumes.
