- Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control center
- Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling Business process, system and network connectivity, Cassandra, MQ, Zookeeper and other components.
- , Windows commands
- Python, powershell or shell scripting.
- MFT products like Global Scape and Goanywhere (Added Advantage)
- SQL query and BPML knowledge is a plus
- Open for 24/7 support and on-call
