Detailed Job Description:

A JAMF 400 role which involves advanced expertise in using JAMF Pro, an Apple device management platform, to manage large-scale deployments and automate tasks. Require hands-on experience with automation workflows, API integrations, and scripting, as well as a strong understanding of Apple device security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Device Management: Manage and deploy Apple devices (Mac, iOS, iPad, Apple TV) across an organization, including onboarding, configuration, and software updates.

Security: Maintain the security of Apple devices, including implementing security policies, certificates, and encryption.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to device management and deployment.

Documentation: Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.

Collaboration: Work with IT and retail teams to support device rollouts and updates.

Training: Develop and deliver training materials for internal staff and end-users.

Data Management: Handle data using JSON and property list (. plist) files.

Minimum Years of Experience:

10+ years

Certifications Needed:

Yes. JAMF 300 or 400
