Position: Banking Analyst
Location: Clayton, MO & Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 6+ months, with possible extension
Pay rate: $18.00-21.00/hr on w2


Summary:
This position focuses on developing technical expertise in Private Banking and enhancing client-facing skills to support a high-performing banking team. Through on-the-job training, the Analyst will learn to analyze client financials and assist in identifying growth opportunities within high-net-worth relationships. The role also involves working alongside Private Bankers to support client acquisition and relationship development through strategic research and financial planning.

Responsibilities:
Support Private Bankers by creating prospecting strategies, conducting research, and managing pipelines to identify new business opportunities.
Provide in-depth analysis of client financial statements using financial planning tools and materials.
Assist with retention, development, and growth of high-net-worth client relationships.
Learn and apply technical aspects of Private Banking through hands-on training.

Qualifications:
Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
Successful completion of a criminal background and credit check.
Ability to meet and maintain NMLS registration requirements.
Strong analytical skills and a client-focused mindset.
