About the Role:

As a member of the Global Engineering Business Planning team, the Global Process Engineer supports the alignment, optimization, and implementation of engineering processes and governance frameworks across our global operations. The Global Process Engineer role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of engineering processes, the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, and a willingness to take risks.

Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect:

  • Develops and implements optimized standard engineering processes and best practices globally
  • Establishes and maintains global governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal processes and process updates
  • Conducts audits and assessments to ensure adherence to established processes
  • Utilizes data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement
  • Supports development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource needs
  • Supports monitoring of project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicates project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly
  • Facilitates collaboration across global process governance teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications / What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a related role
  • Experience with Project Management, including project planning, resource planning, and risk identification
  • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with or developing Engineering processes
  • Experience with SharePoint development a plus.
  • Experience working with teams and communicating across disciplines and functional organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with general guidance

Additional Information:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (i.e. a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.)
  • The candidate will need to be able to work with all levels of the organization and across functions.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
  • Limited travel may be required.
