Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Program Manager

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid with Travel)

Duration / Term: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of two enterprise-scale infrastructure programs: AIM (Application Infrastructure Maintenance) and TLM (Technology Lifecycle Management). These initiatives span five major projects across 30+ manufacturing, warehouse, and data center sites in the U.S. The ideal candidate will oversee program strategy, cross-functional coordination, milestone execution, and stakeholder alignment to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of AIM and TLM programs across 30+ sites
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, RACI matrices, governance structures, and milestone tracking
  • Align execution with Portfolio and Technical Directors

Project Oversight

  • Manage planning and execution of:
    • WCS OS/DB/Application Upgrades
    • Manufacturing P2V Migrations
    • GES Compute Refresh
    • TLM Compute Refresh (Azure + Datacenter Servers)
    • FPS Print/File Cloud Migrations
  • Lead risk mitigation, budget control, vendor management, and team coordination

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Interface with customers for roadmap alignment and escalation handling
  • Coordinate across Field IT, WaveTech, Rubrik, NetApp, DNS, and App Owners
  • Drive cadence calls, reporting, and change communications

Execution Excellence

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
  • Guide cutover, hypercare, site coordination, and post-migration operations
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and close documentation gaps

Required Qualifications

  • 10 15+ years managing large-scale IT infrastructure programs
  • Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Supply Chain environments
  • Proven success with data center transformation, server refresh, and virtualization
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Strong financial tracking and vendor negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
