Job Title: QA Test Manager – Finance / Regulatory Reporting
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Client: Direct
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Finance and Regulatory Reporting to lead testing initiatives for complex, data-driven platforms within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for finance and regulatory reporting systems
Manage functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing across reporting platforms
Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to validate regulatory reports and data accuracy
Oversee test governance, defect management, and release readiness
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements
Provide leadership to onsite and offshore QA teams

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Test Manager / QA Manager in Finance or Regulatory Reporting
Strong understanding of financial systems, risk, and regulatory reports
Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, and SQL testing
Experience with test management tools (ALM, JIRA, Rally, or similar)
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have
Experience in banking, capital markets, or healthcare finance
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting controls
Agile / Scrum experience
