Scrum Master / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple agile teams across MPM, ML Ops, and Orchestration workstreams.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to agile principles while tailoring practices to team maturity and project needs.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones across all workstreams.
Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks/issues proactively.
Coordinate deliverables for quarterly OKRs and executive reporting.
Prepare and manage meeting agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
Communicate status updates and key metrics to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Maintain documentation for processes, decisions, and deliverables.
Support compliance with internal governance standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in project management and/or Scrum Master roles, preferably in financial services or technology.

Skills:
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting model transformation initiatives or large-scale technology programs.
Familiarity with governance processes and risk management in financial services.
Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) or PMP certification is a plus.
