10+ years overall, 3-5 years in Shopify architecture
- Deep expertise in Shopify ecosystem (Storefront, Admin APIs, Polaris, Liquid)
- Strong understanding of Hydrogen & Oxygen
- Solution architecture experience
- Headless commerce strategy
- Systems integration (ERP, PIM, CRM)
- Security & performance best practices
- Agile leadership and stakeholder communication
