Role: Technical Program Manager
Location: San Jose, CA - Onsite - Locals Only
Pay Rate: $50/hr on C2C
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale multi-functional Hardware and Software programs
- Define plans and drive development of new product launches
- Own, build, organize, and manage project plans for key initiatives, including reporting/briefing, execution and tracking of program work, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Evaluate program progress and results against program objectives, create or reengineer processes, tools, and/or structure to improve productivity and overall program outcomes.
- Collaborate with the various Program leads within the team to actively exchange information, decisions and conduct interlock sessions.
- Work on multiple programs in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate status on ongoing programs to partners and senior management.
- Proven ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software and hardware, embedded, networking, or cloud technologies, with new product introduction experience.
- 3+ years of experience with process management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience in facilitating continuous improvement and supporting senior leaders in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SaaS products and Agile development methodologies would be a plus.
- Previous experience with server development and/or equipment development preferred.
- Prior experience interacting with external vendors including liquid cooling technologies.
