Job Summary:
They are in the middle of replacing the middleware (Sysmex WAM) for Hematology instrumentation. Their vendor that provides Hematology Middleware in Sysmex and they are best in class. Their middle ware WAM has a end of life at the end of 2025. So they are in a mad dash to get a replacement middleware DI (Data Innovations), They are taking out Sysmex WAM and inserting DI.
They have strong partnership with DI, they have a lot of expertise in house around middleware. Where they feel a gap is getting the support they need from Sysmex.
What they are preparing for is that all of the customers are going to be coming to do them at once asking to make the transition from Sysmex WAM to DI and they are going to have zero help on the Sysmex side. They are looking to transition multiple regions and clinics.

Requirements:
- Sysmex troubleshooting experience.
- Someone who knows the ins and outs of the WAM Software and configurations with batch testing
- Translate language from the WAM to the DI.
- Device configurations experience
- Medical Device Integration (MDI) experience
Job Specs:
- Fully Remote Contract with an expected duration of 12-15 months long with possible extensions
- Pay Rate Range is targetd up to $95/hr on W2
