Job Description:

Level Overview:

  • 4 7 years of experience in the field or a related area

  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in software development

  • Relies on a combination of experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • Requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude

  • Works under limited supervision with considerable independence and initiative

General Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs

  • Test and evaluate new applications and solutions

  • Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts to ensure alignment and efficient development practices

  • Significant experience working on large IT projects

  • Expertise in application integrations with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta SSO, and Azure

  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience delivering solutions using Agile or Scrum methodology

  • 6 years of experience collaborating with architects, service delivery managers, and project managers on SailPoint IdentityIQ deployment strategies

  • 4 years of hands-on SailPoint development experience, including workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and configurations

  • 4 years of experience with Okta single sign-on integration

  • 4 years of experience developing API services to manage access policies and requests and integrate with external applications

  • 2 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies
