Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day application support including troubleshooting, break-fix, and system monitoring
Implement approved enhancements, configuration changes, and data integrations
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across integrated systems; perform root cause analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT activities
Maintain system documentation including interfaces, mappings, and configurations
Support change management and deployment activities with minimal business impact
Coordinate with vendors for incident resolution and fixes
Continuously improve system support processes using best practices

Experience in large retail environments
Exposure to cloud-based planning platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
