Job Description: OSP Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OSP Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage fiber construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee capital budgets and schedules for construction projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules in coordination with contractors, property managers, customers, vendors, internal teams, municipalities, and government agencies.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform post-construction walkouts and compile as-built documentation to meet company and local standards.
  • Facilitate internal meetings to maintain alignment and communication across teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on fiber construction solutions and industry best practices.
  • Identify permitting authorities and manage the permit application process.
  • Submit applications and secure permits from relevant authorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in fiber route planning, building entry engineering, and network expansion.
  • Deep understanding of permitting processes and fiber splicing/installation techniques.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with municipalities, agencies, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and forecasting project data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a clean driving record.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
