Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer (SAS Developer) with a strong background in SAS programming, data analysis, and reporting, along with proven expertise in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using SAS and other programming languages as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Implement data analysis and reporting solutions to support business objectives.

  • Conduct code reviews, debug, and resolve software issues.

  • Document designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming & data manipulation.

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.

  • Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Python, R, or Java.

  • Experience with data visualization tools.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Exposure to cloud computing platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 5 7 years of software development experience.

  • Proven experience with SAS programming in a professional environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
