Position: Info Security Analyst

Job Description:
The Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions (ECS) team is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Info Security Analyst that can help scale identity management and security programs across the enterprise. In this role, you will be working with a dynamic team of cross-functional members across Technology and Business to achieve program goals and outcomes as part of a plan to mature our security posture. You can feel good about your work knowing that you're enabling our business to run faster safely and more secure.
This resource will work on a modernization effort to improve process, customer experience and reduce risk with our IAM program. This role will perform role mining activities to organize and analyze user permissions and access patterns within an organization's systems to identify common trends and define appropriate access controls based on these trends.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Communicate project goals and collaborate with extended project resources to ensure understanding and gain their commitment to the overall project success.
- Help create job roles, review with key stakeholders, and obtain sign-off to support our enterprise-wide rollout.
- Pull data from Identity Security Cloud (ISC) for each supervisory organization and perform analysis to define individual Day 1 access roles.
- Use Excel and other tools to clean up the entitlements in each role by analyzing entitlements that shouldn't be in roles based on our list/standards.
- Analyze user permissions and access patterns within an organization's systems to identify common trends and define appropriate access controls based on these trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excel skills for effective data analysis.
- Ability to understand and execute system update needs, information security cleanup requirements, data management and data cleanup in secure systems.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Ability to develop process flow diagrams, descriptions, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working experience in Identity and Access Management data analysis, and/or information security capacity.
- Experience with understanding Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) concepts, including analytical role mining and entitlement analysis.
- Understanding of IAM relevant technical security solutions such as SailPoint Identity IQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, Ping, Okta, ServiceNow.
