Job Description:
We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Digital Experience team, focused on driving growth through direct-to-consumer digital platforms. This role is critical in shaping and delivering new digital features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Own and manage the product backlog; prioritize user stories and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gather and refine feature requirements.
- Write clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure successful delivery and testing.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Accept completed stories based on acceptance criteria and demo outcomes.
- Continuously re-prioritize backlog based on feedback, market trends, and business needs.
- Ensure alignment with digital service goals and stakeholder expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital product ownership, business analysis, or project management.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing and managing user stories.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Effective communicator with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe marketing tools.
- Background in healthcare or insurance industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly detail-oriented and self-directed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
