Frontend Developer

Development : Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Ionic Framework.

Build and customize websites using WordPress and occasionally work with Mura CMS and Brightspot CMS.

Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring responsive and cross-platform performance.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and estimation exercises.

Implement UI/UX enhancements and address performance bottlenecks.

L3 Support : Investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues escalated from L1/L2 teams in production environments.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.

Monitor application performance and availability via Azure/AWS tooling, logs, and alerts.

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployment and support cycles.

Maintain knowledge bases, support documentation, and runbooks for recurring issues.

Required Skills : Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end web technologies.

Experience with Ionic Framework and hybrid mobile app development.

Hands-on experience with WordPress customization and theme/plugin development.

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and basic backend integration.

Desirable Skills : Familiarity with Mura CMS, Bright spot, and other content platforms.

Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Azure App Services).

Exposure to Mobile Flex or similar mobile backend services.

Basic scripting experience with Python for automation or tooling.

Strong debugging, log analysis, and performance tuning skills.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize support tasks effectively.

Collaborative attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams.
